Our Team

Amber Yates
Vice President

Amber Yates officially joined the team in August 2015. Throughout the years she has been involved in many different roles; from scheduling and recruiting for local per diem clients, staffing flu clinics and travel nurse contracts nationwide, managing the regional offices and recruiting teams, to recently stepping into her new role as Vice President. Some of the most fulfilling parts for Amber is to build and maintain relationships with clients and employees, both existing and new. She thrives in this environment, as every day there are new obstacles and challenges to conquer. Being able to be part of such a great team here at QCI is just the cherry on top.

She is a new mom of 2, and loves spending time with her kids and husband. All three of them keep her on her toes, but she wouldn’t have it any other way. She loves being active, and spends as much time outdoors in the warmer months as possible. Aside from her husband, her second love is the Green Bay Packers. She lives for football season and makes sure to never miss a game.

Hi, I’m Ashley! I have worked in the healthcare setting for 10 years. I started my healthcare career in acute care hospitals focused on the patient experience, then onto Employee Engagement, and finally landed hospital staffing and recruiting for internal & external resource staffing pools. I decided to join QCI in March 2022 because I truly believe in what the company stands for and my new position would still allow me to continue to identify staff for hospitals and place healthcare professionals into a rewarding positions nationally. I love helping people and love knowing I made a difference in some way each day.

When I am not working I love doing anything outside (I moved to Florida from Minnesota and now would NEVER go back). I enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, fishing, lobstering in the Florida Keys and most of all spending time with my amazing son. “There are no great things, only small things with great love”
